| 摘 要： | 河南与全球经济发展的密切程度不断加强,加强对外经济合作是今后发展的必由之路。然而河南人力资源的状况不尽如人意,在这样的条件下如何参与国际合作和竞争,是当前河南服务业对外开放的实际问题。河南应以比较优势为基础选择服务业的开放视角,避免陷入误区,把农业服务业作为对外开放重点发展的服务行业。
