| 摘 要： | 以乔治·莫德尔斯基、罗伯特.吉尔平和马克.布罗利为代表的新现实主义学派认定,在"国际政治周期性规律"作用下,新兴大国与霸权国家为争夺世界霸权而引发战争是不可避免的。新时期这种论点的盛行旨在为"中国威胁论"张目。现实的国际政治中,全球化、非传统安全和国际机制将增加新兴大国与霸权国家之间的相互依存,扩大其利益面,从而消解这种"规律",使新兴大国与霸权国家的关系走出历史的循环。中国是正在崛起的新兴大国,在历史上,中国是一个爱好和平的"内敛型"国家,现在选择的是和平崛起的发展战略,共建和谐世界是中国实现崛起的终极目标。中国的和平崛起是对"国际政治周期性规律"的有力破除。
