| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机的冲击凸显了我国过度嵌入全球价值链的产业升级模式的局限性，国内价值链构建理论为区域产业升级提供了新的支撑。国内价值链构建视角下，根据区域功能定位、禀赋结构、比较优势、资源特点和产业基础，中原经济区应选择产业内升级路径，探索加快产业升级的新思路，寻求支撑产业升级的新动力，找准推进产业升级的着力点。

| Abstract: | The impact of the international financial crisis highlights the limitation of our country’s over embedding into the industrial upgrading mode of the value link of the whole world;the construction theory about domestic value link provides the upgrading of the regional industry with the new support.Under the viewing angle of the domestic value link construction and according to the regional functional orientation,endowment structure,comparative advantages,resources feature and industrial foundation,it is necessary for the central plain economic zone to choose the upgrading way within the industry,investigate and speed up the new ideas,seek the new motive power for supporting the industrial upgrading and capture the acting point for promoting the industrial upgrading. |
