| 摘 要： | 法律和道德,是性质不同的两上范畴,其社会地位和功能也不同,但二在对社会和国家进行的过程中,又是相互结合、相辅相成的。法治和德治并举法国方略的提出,是巩固和发展经济基础的必然要求,是邓小平“两手抓”治国思想的继续和发展。以德治国批判地继承了中华优秀德治传统,是具有中国特色的科学治国举措。

| Abstract: | Law and morality are two different categories in nature. Their social position and function are different ,either. But both the two in the course of management of the country and the society are combined with and suplement each other. Setting management of the country with laws and morality is the necessay demand for consolidation and development of the economic foundation and is the succession and development of Deng Xiaoping's thought of management of the country "grasping the key with two hands".Management of the country with morality critically inherits the good tradition of rule bymorality so that is a scientific means for management of country with Chinese feature. |
