| 摘 要： | 作为区域文化传承的载体,湖南近代私立学校受到湖湘文化广泛而深入的影响,在办学特征上更是深深地打上了湖湘文化的烙印.其具体表现为:教育救国的办学宗旨、图变求新的办学理念、经世致用的办学方针、磨血育人的办学精神等.这些特征是湖湘文化的精华所在,是催发并推动湖南近代私立教育发展的重要因素,是湖南近代私立教育发展的内在动力和灵魂.研究和借鉴湖南近代私立学校的这些办学特征,对当代湖南民办教育的可持续发展,具有恒久的作用与意义.

| Abstract: | As the carrier of succession for regional culture,the private-run schools of Hunan province are widely and deeply affected by Huxiang culture and their school-running characteristics are still more imprinted by that culture.The specific shows of that culture are:the schooling purpose of saving the country with education;schooling idea of reform;schooling policy of managing affairs and applications;schooling spirit of self-sacrifice.Such features are the cream of Huxiang culture,the key factors to promoting the development of private schools in Modern Hunan province,as well as the force and soul of them. Studying and borrowing experiences from these features have the permanent action and meanings on the persistent development of today's private schools in Hunan provinces. |
