| 摘 要： | 民办高等学校科学定位具有重要意义。要从宏观和微观两个层面科学确定民办高校的类型定位，大体上可划分三种：准教学研究型；教学型；职业技能教学型。为了实现科学定位，必须宏观调控，政策规范，市场导向，高校自立。

| Abstract: | There is important meaning for the scientific location of civilian-run colleges and universities.For confirming the typical location of civilian-run colleges and universities from macroscopic and microscopic angles, generally the location can be divided into three kinds:quasi-teaching and researching type;teaching type and vocational skill teaching type. For realizing scientific location, it necessary to macroscopically regulate, normalize by policy, direct by market and let colleges and universities be independent. |
