| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO对高等教育而言,机遇与挑战并存。将推动我国高教体制创新,教育观念更新,构建多元投资体系,提升人才培养质量。但在教育主权、教育市场份额、大学生人生观形成等方面将面临挑战。我们必须趋利避害,调整与完善有关法律法规,提高办学水平。

| Abstract: | As far as joining WTO vs higher education is concerned, opportunity and challenge coexist, which will promote the innovation of the systems of our country's colleges and universities, the renewal of the education idea and will construct multi-investment systems, enhance the training quality of qualified persons. But in respect to education rights, education market shares, the forming of the students' outlook on life, the challenge will be faced. It is necessary for us to pursue favor and avoid harm, regulate and complete the concerned laws and enhance the school-running levels. |
