| 摘 要： | 经济危机的根本原因在于有效需求不足,解决这一问题必须依靠政府干预来提高社会的消费倾向和加强投资引诱,以扩大社会有效需求。考虑到中西制度的不同和文化的差异,我们在借鉴时应该采取扬弃的态度,“去其槽粕,取其精华”,并采取积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策,促进我国宏观经济的良性运行。

| Abstract: | economic crisis and the fundamental reason for the cause of insufficient effective demand,to address this problem,we must rely on government intervention to improve social consumption trends and the strengthening of investment inducement to expand effective demand in society.Taking into account different systems and Western cultural differences,we should learn from what attitude to take,"to its trough husk,elements",to take an active fiscal policy and a stable monetary policy and the promotion of healthy macroeconomic operation. |
