| 摘 要： | 培正商学院追求办学特色，坚持以特色求发展。在办学理念上以适应国家需要，培养特色人才为目标，坚持办学的公益性，举办不取回报，全部结余用于扩大办学；在教学制度和模式上注重创新，实行完全学分制和强化外语教学新体制，构建以质量为中心的教学管理体系。毕业生多年保持很高的就业率。

| Abstract: | Peizheng Commerce Institute seeks school-running feature,adheres to seeking development with its own feature. With regard to the school-running idea,it does according to the state need,takes cultivating man of special feature as its goal;persists in doing for public welfare without seeking retaliation, and uses all its gains to enlarge running institute. With regard to the teaching institution and model, it pays attention to innovation, carries out overall school credit system and strengthens the new system of foreign language teaching and constructs the teaching management system with quality as center. For many years the employment rate of its graduates comes out in front. |
