| 摘 要： | 作为一门应用性很强的学科，法学不能脱离实际而进行孤立的理论研究，而诊所式法律教育依托法律诊所，采用互动式教学，将法律实践融入学生理论学习之中，对增强学生全面综合素质，对21世纪法学院教育的理论，培养模式以至目标的实现产生重大影响。

| Abstract: | As a highly applied subject, the Science of Law should not be separated from the reality in its theoretical study. Relying on law clinic, the so called law clinic education adopts interactive teaching and combines the practice of law with students' theory study, which exerts a great influence on strengthening students'comprehensive quality and on the accomplishment of the 21st century ideas, training patterns and goals of law education. |
