| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的快速发展和高校内部管理体制改革的不断深入。高校学生工作的内涵和要求发生了很大变化。在新形势下建立和完善学风培育机制、素质拓展机制、解困助学机制、毕业生就业联动机制、网络教育管理机制、社区工作机制等，有助于保持学生工作系统的良性运转。最大限度地发挥其教育、管理、服务功能，实现育人目标。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher education and the furthering of the management system reform, great changes have taken place in the contents and requirements of the student work in colleges and universities. Under the new circumstances, it is important to establish and perfect the mechanism of cultivating a good learning style, mechanism of quality development, mechanism of helping students from low-income families and mechanism for graduate employment, mechanism of web-based education management, and mechanism of community work. All these will be helpful for the favorable operation of the student work system, bringing into full play its function of education, management and services. |
