| 摘 要： | 研究生教育培养的高层次人才对国家经济建设、社会发展的各个方面都具有战略意义，对我国教育具有强大的辐射性、带动性和示范性。为适应社会对人才需求层次的提高，研究生培养重点应从硕士生转向博士生；研究生培养模式也应走多样化的道路。培养创新能力则是研究生培养工作的重点。

| Abstract: | The high level talents trained by postgraduate education are of strategic significance to various aspects of our national economic construction and social development. Postgraduate education has radiant influence on, gives impetus to and serves as an excellent model for our national education. To meet the increasing social demands for intellectuals of higher level, the stress in postgraduate cultivation should be shifted from master candidates to doctorate candidates. Postgraduate training patterns should also be diversified. The postgraduate training should be focused on cultivating innovation abilities. |
