大学生综合素质的内涵与测评

摘    要:大学生综合素质的培养一直是高等院校关心和讨论的话题,随着社会竞争的日趋激烈,用人,单位对人才标准重新定位,对大学生综合素质提出了更高的要求。综合素质可以划分为德育素质、智育素质、身心素质和发展性素质四项。在此基础上即可以确定定量的评价指标,从而构成素质教育的测评标准。

Abstract:College students' comprehensive quality is always a topical subject in higher education. With the increasingly intense competition in society and the adoption of new criteria of talents, higher demands are placed on college students. The comprehensive quality is composed of ethic quality, intellectual quality, physical and psychological quality, and development quality. On the basis of the four components, evaluative index can be determined, serving as the evaluative criteria of quality education.
