| 摘 要： | 大学新生是高校青年学生中的一个特殊群体。由于社会环境、生活方式、学习方法、人际关系、个人目标、家庭期望等因素的改变,许多大学新生常常感到不适应,出现各种心理问题。对大学新生的心理健康状况进行测评研究,及时了解和掌握大学新生的心理健康状况,有针对性地对他们进行心理健康教育,优化他们的心理素质,帮助他们解决入学后诸多心理不适应问题,具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | University freshmen constitute a unique group worth much attention.Many of them find it hard to adapt to the new condition after their entrance into universities due to the change in such aspects as social environment,living mode,learning methods,interpersonal relationship,personal goals,family expectation,and so on,wherein various mental problems arise.It is of great significance to make assessment on their mental health,have timely knowledge of the existing problems,and take corresponding remedying measures. |
