| 摘 要： | 民办高教是江苏教育现代化建设的重要组成部分,是江苏实现“两个率先”的重要基础。目前江苏提出了“高教强省”的发展战略。作为高教强省,不仅要大力发展公办高教,也应当大力发展民办高教,这样才能使江苏真正成为人才培养的大省,真正成为全国的人才高地。

| Abstract: | Non-government-funded colleges form an important component in the modernization construction of education in Jiangsu. Not long ago, Jiangsu proposed a developmental strategy to build a "province with strong higher education". As a province with strong higher education, we should not only develop government-funded universities and colleges, but also build non-government-funded colleges, so as to turn Jiangsu into a strong province for cultivating talents and a basis to provide talents for the whole country. |
