摘    要:高校党政管理干部的考核是高校干部工作的基础。自中共中央颁布《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》以来,各高校都在进行干部考核工作的改革与改进,取得了一些成绩,但同时也存在考核方法和内容不够科学;考核方法单一,趋向模式化;过分依赖定量测评,使考核走向数字化;不同类别干部的考核内容、方法相同,使干部考核缺少针对性等问题。要做好干部考核工作必须构建科学合理的干部考核评价机制。

Abstract:The examination and evaluation of university Party and political cadres is the basis for the university cadre affairs. Since the promulgation of Regulations on Selecting and Appointing Party and Political Cadres, achievements in reforming and improving the examination and evaluation work in universities across the nation have been made. However, there still lie some problems in the evaluation methods and contents, such as, unitary methods, rigidity of evaluating standards, etc. A scientific reasonable cadre examination and evaluation mechanism should be constructed if we are to carry out the evaluation work better.
