| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,高校德育对象、学生数量、生源构成、学习生活方式、就业状况、思想观念和价值取向均发生了变化。高校应通过提高课堂教学效果、开展社会实践、重视管理教育、做好党团工作和加强环境营造等途径,以及采用理论灌输法、启发诱导法、活动渗透法、典型示范法和激励引导法等来加强德育。

| Abstract: | With the coming of higher education popularization,college moral education encounters new challenges.Many changes have taken place such as the number of students,source of students,their learning and living styles,conditions of employment,concepts and values.College moral education should be enhanced through the following measures: improving classroom teaching effects,conducting social practice,paying attention to supervision and management,strengthening the work of the Party an Youth League.Other methods include theory infusion,enlightenment,activity penetration,model demonstration and encouragement. |
