| 摘 要： | 教学管理是高校管理的中心环节。当前高校教学管理存在着管理思想和观念不够科学和超前、管理制度不够健全和完善、管理方法和手段不够灵活与先进等问题。要解决上述问题,必须建立高效合理的教学管理系统,加强教学管理制度建设,并采用科学先进的管理方法和手段,努力实现教学管理的规范化、科学化和现代化。

| Abstract: | The management of teaching is a central link in university management. At present,there exist some problems about teaching management: the management ideas and concepts are not scientific or advanced enough;management system is not perfect and management methods and measures are not flexible or up-to-date enough,etc.To solve these problems,an effective and reasonable system of teaching management must be set up and the construction of teaching management system must be enhanced and scientific and advanced management methods and measures must be applied in order to realize the standardized,scientific and modernized teaching management. |
