| 摘 要： | 大学生非正式群体是相对于正式群体而言的。大学生非正式群体对构建和谐校园具有双重影响,因此,必须对大学生非正式群体进行科学引导,强化管理,以充分发挥其在构建和谐校园中的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The term"informal groups"is used in contrast to formal student groups.The informal student groups exert double impact on the construction of harmonious campus.Therefore,guidance should be provided for these groups and management of them should be reinforced so as to bring into full play their positive impact in the construction of harmonious campus. |
