| 摘 要： | 科学主义范式下的大学管理的运作方式枯燥单一、程式刚性僵化,淡漠了大学人之间的情感交流与理解,扼杀了创造性;它以效率为标准规制了大学的运行方式与大学人的行为规范条件,以森严的权力等级以及物质化的奖惩方式影响着大学的工作方式、作风与环境。大学的文化本质、文化引领功能以及大学人生活方式的文化性等,客观要求大学管理从科学主义范式向文化范式转变。文化范式下的大学管理是在充分吸收理性主义与人本主义精华,并在超越两种范式基础上建构起的以大学人与大学组织和谐、尊重大学人学术尊严、兼顾效率为价值取向的管理。它以追求管理要素的和谐为旨归,以大学精神作为组织凝聚力的源泉,实现感性与理性、技术与价值的统一;同时,它也注重管理人员的管理文化素养提升。
