| 摘 要： | 为了适应研究生教育新形势的需要，研究生招生制度也加快了改革的步伐。但在招生过程中扔存在着对考生作弊缺乏严密的防范和有力的惩罚措施、对招生工作人员缺乏有效的保护与监督机制、对专业课命题教师缺乏有效的制约机制、现有考试科目的命题方式不科学等问题。对这些问题进行研究，既有利于提高研究生招生工作效率，保证新生入学质量，又有利于创新人才的选拔。

| Abstract: | Some issues are discussed concerning the enrollment of postgraduates. First, at present, there are no strict prevention measures and rigid punishments when candidates are cheating. Second, there lacks effective protection and supervisory mechanism for the staff members who are responsible for enrollment. Third, effective restrictive mechanism should be established for teachers who have the right to propose specialized courses, and the present test design is not scientific. The discussion of these problems will help improve the efficiency in student enrollment, ensure the quality of the students enrolled and benefit the selection of innovative talents. |
