| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作坚持“以人为本”思想的内涵是尊重人、相信人、关心人、理解人、团结人、帮助人、激励人、教育人、培养人、善用人，进而提高人的思想，增强人的素质，实现人的价值。“以人为本”的思想是加强思想政治工作的理论基础，应以此为思想原则、方法和思想政治工作者的修养。

| Abstract: | The writer of this paper proposes that the thought of human eenteredness is the theoretical foundation d ideological and political work, illustratees the essence, law arid necessity of the thought of human centeredness. The writer searches and concludes that the connotation of human centeredness is to respect people, trust people, care for people, understand people, unite people, help people, encourage people, educated people, and cultivate people so as to promote their ideology and improve their quality and help them realize their value. Additionally, the writer of this paper expatriates that in carrying out ideological and political work, it is a must to stick to the principle, working method of human centeredness and the cultivation of educators in the work. |
