| 摘 要： | 农民工市民化符合和谐社会的要求,是城市化建设的趋势。但是由于原有制度的障碍以及城市、农民工自身的因素等,使得农民工市民化困难重重。在把构建社会主义和谐社会纳入到我国社会主义现代化建设的今天,我国的政府部门应当尽快将旧的不符合城市化建设要求的体制转变成为促进农民工市民化的新体制并用法律法规加以保障。此外,农民工也要努力提高自身综合素质,加强和城市居民之间的互动,以便顺利实现市民化。

| Abstract: | The urbanization of farmer workers is the requirement of a harmonious society and it is the tendency of city construction.However,because of such factors as the old systems,the factors of cities and the farmer workers themselves,there are many difficulties in this process.During the construction of a harmonious society,we should abandon the outdated systems and establish new systems which are to be guaranteed by laws and regulations.Besides,farmer workers themselves should improve their quality and strengthen the interaction with urban citizens so as to achieve the smooth urbanization |
