| 摘 要： | 西部农村公共产品的普遍短缺已成为西部大开发的瓶颈。公共产品仅由政府提供,已远远满足不了西部贫困农村迫切的现实需要,对农村公共产品供给体制的改革和创新,一个重要的理念,就是构建多主体、多层次的农村公共产品供给体系。文章主要就农村公共产品多元化供给进行具体的探讨。

The public goods can be provide by the government only, already far satisfy not western region urgent actuality of poor village demand, reform and innovation of the system to the public goods of village, an important principle, is to set up multi-supply and multipliers of village public goods supply system. |
