| 摘 要： | 《法国中尉的女人》是一部典型的存在主义哲学的小说。小说以查尔斯,萨拉和蒂娜之间的爱情故事为主线,深刻而丰富地揭示了存在,自由与他人的主题。本文通过分析小说中主人公萨拉、查尔斯与亲人、恋人及其他人之间的关系,向读者揭示了他们的相同点:他们与周边人际的关系已经有意无意间形成了一种为相互利用,相互践踏,相互抵触,互为他者的关系。

| Abstract: | The French lieutenant＇s woman is a typical novel to reveal existential ideas. Love story between Charles, Sarah and Tina prevails the novel and the idea of existentialism, freedom and the others have been profoundly presented.Through analyzing the relationships between various characters, this article reveals： consciously or unconsciously, a kind of mutual exploiting, stepping and conflicting relationships have been spotted between the heroes and the people around them. In totai, all the members in the novel are being ＂the other＂ in this way and that. |
