| 摘 要： | 《国际财务管理》是财务管理发展的新领域,在英美等西方发达国家,上世纪60年代就在大学里作为专业课开设。我国对国际财务管理的引入和研究是在20世纪80年代中期开始的,在一些高校里也陆续开设这门课,并有学者编写教材;但确切的说在体系上还没有成熟、层次不齐,呈现着百家争鸣、百花争鸣的局面,文章对已有教材体系作分析基础上,提出对国际财务管理体系的几点认识。

| Abstract: | Being the development of neW＇ areas of financial management in the Anglo-American and other Western countries, International Financial Management is one of the specialized courses opened in universities, since 1960s. As China＇s introduction of international financial management and research in the mid-1980s, some colleges and universities started to set up this course, but precisely in the system is not mature, uneven levels of, showing the competition, flowers contend the situation, the paper aims at analyzing the teaching system, based on the proposed financial management system for international understanding. |
