| 摘 要： | 通过对Cascode电路的理论计算和用Multisim软件仿真,找出了Cascode电路中的优点和缺点,同时提出了用稳压二级管对电路进行改进,提高了Cascode电路的放大倍数、带负载的能力并且扩大了电路的带宽.设计采用先进的仿真软件Multi-sim对Cascode电路进行仿真,仿真研究与理论分析一致,为提高电路带宽提供了一个参考依据.

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the analysis of Cascode circuit theory and the simulation of Multisim Soft-ware,deals with the strong and the weak point of the Cascode circuit.Using the Zener diode,the multiple,the load and the bandwidti of the circuit can be amplified,improved and enlarged.This design adopts the advanced simulator soft-ware Multisim to simulate,and the result is the same with the theory,thus it can be used as a reference to the improvement of bandwidth. |
