| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较分析法对云南省教练员队伍进行调查,通过分析目前高校教练员队伍的现状,找出教练员队伍中存在的问题,并提出有利于教练员队伍持续发展的建议.

| Abstract: | In this paper,using the method of documentation,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai investigated by the analysis of the current status quo college coaches.Coaches identify existing problems and to make recommendations conducive to the sustained development of coaches. |
