| 摘 要： | 加强高校党外知识分子政治引导,是当前高校统战工作的一项重要内容。在具体工作中,由于高校党外知识分子的民主意识增强、党外知识分子政治需求多元化、党外知识分子政治引导机制缺乏等,存在着不同程度的不足。加强党外知识分子的政治引导要着眼于思想建设,提高政治素质、着重于机制建设,规范参与路径、着手于群体建设,加强个体培养、着力于拓宽视野,提供参与平台。
