| 摘 要： | 作为大学文化的一个独特分支,高职学校文化建设已经成为高职院校内涵建设的重要内容。深入了解高职学校文化的应然与实然,立足高职学校文化"求知、求专、求变"的精神内核,并将这种精神内核通过校训、校园建筑景观、制度体系、行为方式、校园偶像、视觉符号等物化符号的形式体现出来,成为高职学校文化建设的一条可供借鉴的思路。
