| 摘 要： | 教师业务档案在示范院校建设中发挥着科学决策、信息服务等重要作用。高校现行的教师业务档案管理体制、管理手段影响了其服务质量。建立三方联动的管理机制,制定档案管理规范,增强全员档案意识,实现电子化管理是提高其管理水平的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The management of Teachers business files plays an important role in the construction of model college as scientific decisions and information services.But the management system and measures of teachers business files management influence the service quality.Establishing the tripartite joint management mechanism,making file management standards,enhancing the full members' file awareness and realizing electronic management are the important means to improve the level of management. |
