| 摘 要： | 在示范建设中,师资队伍建设处于重要地位。文章结合作者所在学院示范建设,提出了建设指导思想与目标,为了建设一支"能上讲台,能下工地"的,适应高职工学结合教学要求的专兼职教师队伍,提出了"加强制度建设、实施名师工程、中青年骨干教师工程、双师素质教师工程、双师结构专业教学团队建设工程、项目管理与监控"等六大建设举措。

| Abstract: | In the exemplary construction,the construction of teaching staff is very important.In combination with the exemplary building of host University,the thesis proposed the guiding ideology and goals of construction. In order to build a teaching staff and part-time teaching staff who can adapt the teaching requirements combing the work and learning together,the author proposed six-building initiatives,for instance,to strengthen the system construction,implementation of famous teacher work,young teacher project,two-quality teachers engineering,double structure of teaching team building engineering,project management and monitoring. |
