| 摘 要： | 期刊管理是高校图书馆一项核心工作。针对新时期期刊工作的新变化，应有相应的措施。一是优化馆藏结构；二是做好期刊资源的宣传、导读工作；三是利用现代技术对期刊资源进行深层次的开发和利用；四是提高期刊工作人员的综合素质。

| Abstract: | The managing of periodicals is the core of library work in institutions of higher learning. To deal with the new changes in the management of periodicals in the new period, there should be appropriate measures. The structure of collections should be optimized. The popularizing and tutoring to reading of the resources of periodicals should be done well. Modern techniques should be made use of for a deeper development and utilization of periodical resources. The quality of periodical managing workers should be improved. |
