摘    要:为了进一步提高分销系统的运作效率,针对带资源约束的多产品分销网络,研究了供应商管理库存(VMI)环境下的库存与补货问题。建立了各零售商处采用周期盘点库存控制策略时分销系统的利润模型,并设计了相应的求解算法。以一个数值算例验证了模型的有效性和实用性,结果表明:供应商及各零售商的利润对补货周期的反应是不灵敏的,同时,供应商可通过调整各零售商处的最高库存资金占用上限以使供应商与零售商的最优决策保持一致。

Abstract:In order to increase the efficiency of distribution system, the inventory and order policy for vendor managed inventory (VMI) system, which is aiming at multi- product distribution network with resource constraints, is studied. When the retailers perform periodic review policy, a profit - optimization model of distribution system is established, and a feasible algorithm is designed to solve the model. In the end, a numerical exemplification is given, and the results indicate the profits of the vendor and the retailers are insensitive to replenishment cycle. Furthermore, the vendor can synchronize all members' optimum decision through alter the upper bound of resource constraints.
