| 摘 要： | 网络时代给高校档案管理工作带来机遇和挑战。档案网络化管理将带动高校各项工作的蓬勃发展，使档案管理更加有序化，并为档案的有效利用提供了有利条件。与此同时，档案网络化——给档案管理者在业务素质和专业技能上提出了更高的要求，并给档案管理科学化、规范化提出了更高的要求。

| Abstract: | The network age has brought an opportunity for as well as a challenge to colleges in file management. The networked file management will help bring about a vigorous development of every branch of work in colleges, making the management of files more ordered, and providing favorable conditions for the effective use of the files. In the mean time, the networking of files will put higher requirements on file managers with regard to their qualifications and managing skills, and on the scientific and standardized managing of files. |
