| 摘 要： | 从中国古代防腐反贪中可以得到许多有益启示：只要公权力存在,腐败就不可避免,必须树立长期持久的反腐败理念;防腐和反贪的长效机制是制度和法律的完善与严格执行;建立和完善民主机制,创造反腐倡廉的社会大环境.同时,还必须加大奖惩的力度,持久不懈地进行“官德”教育,使之具有正确的理想信念,自觉抵制贪腐的诱惑.当今之世,防腐反贪是全世界各国政府和人民面临的共同的严重课题,不仅是一个理论和学术研究的课题,更是一个需要通过政治实践在制度、法律等最重要的层面解决的问题.

| Abstract: | The ancient Chinese Corrosion protection and anti-corruption can get manyuseful revelations：as long as the public power exists,corruption is inevitable. We must es-tablish a long lasting anti-corruption idea,the long-term mechanism of anti-corrosion andanti-corruption,improve the democratic system,and establish social environment to perfectthe system,law and strict enforcement. At the same time,we must intensify the punishmentstrength,make unremitting efforts to the “official moral education”in building their correctideal and belief,and make them resist the temptation of corruption consciously. Nowadays,anti-corrosion and anti-corruption is the common serious problem for the government andpeople all over the world,which is not only a theoretical or academic research,but also aneed to resolve through political practice in the legal system. |
