| 摘 要： | 我国大学校长的职业化，其实质是要使大学校长能普遍内行地科学管理好大学事务。目前我国大学校长难以走向职业化，其原因既在于办学体制中存在一些弊端，更在于复杂社会风气背景下管理大学校长的不力及大学校长职业修养的不足。要使大学校长从行政化、官僚化走向职业化，必须以国家政治制度要求为前提，重点在“管理校长”和“校长修养”上下功夫，在遴选和评价中切实重视民主作用，建立理解校长、选推校长、聘用校长、提升校长、评议校长、激励校长的观念与机制。

| Abstract: | The substance of professionalization of university president is the ablity to manage the affairs of university generally and professionally. The reason of the difficulty in professionalization for Chinese university president is not only the inappropriate educa-tion system,but is the poor management and insufficient occupational cultivation. The transform for president from the administration to occupational cultivation must focus on“the process of administration” and “president self-cultivation”. The notion and mecha-nism to understand,approve,appoint,promote and stimulate university president,which should be established. |
