| 摘 要： | 地方政府对土地财政的依赖越来越重,已经影响到地方经济的可持续发展,如何解决地方政府的土地财政问题已经十分迫切。本文分析了"土地财政"的现状、成因及其弊端,最后提出"土地财政"的治理对策。
