| 摘 要： | 我国实施扩大就业的发展战略，促进以创业带动就业，使更多劳动者成为创业者。大学生是社会创业的主力军，而影响大学生创业成功的关键性因素是良好的创业心理品质。高等教育要贯彻落实“以人为本”为核心的科学发展观，就必须破解大学生创业心理品质培养这个时代课题。因此，高校要构建创业教育与理想信念教育、专业教育、日常心理健康教育、实践教育、榜样教育及创业环境熏陶相结合的培养机制，着力提高大学生创业心理品质。
