| 摘 要： | 超文本链接在网络空间普遍使用且具有重要作用，链接对象具有版权性，链接就引发了版权侵权问题。应通过对链接方式的类型划分对超文本链接版权侵权问题与形式进行分析，从自律、技术、立法等角度来救济与保护。

| Abstract: | In cyberspace, hyperlink is widely used and it plays a very important role. For the target of hyperlink has characteristic of copyright, hyperlink causes infringement. We should launch analysis on the hyperlink-related copyright infringement through the division of link types, then take measures to carry out redress and protection from the aspects of self-discipline, technique and legislation. |
