有效面授的内涵及其设计策略

摘    要:有效面授是开放教育师生在面对面的环境与条件下,基于预定的面授教学目标,教师有效地教,学生有效地学,教与学过程和谐平衡、有效果、有效益与有效率的教学活动,是有效的开放教学活动的一部分。有效面授的设计策略是:展开师生交往与对话,构建有效面授环境;多维备课,精心预设面授课堂;以导为主,引领学生动态生成有效知识;过程性评价与终结性评价相结合,有效激励与矫正;实施分层教学,满足学生差异性需要。

Abstract:The effective face-to-face teaching in open education means that under the face-to-face teaching condition and based on the predetermined teaching goal,the teachers teach effectively,the students learn effectively,the process of teaching and learning is harmonious and balanced,effective,beneficial and efficient.It is a part of effective open education.The designing strategies of the effective face-to-face teaching are to carry out dialogue among teachers and students in order to set up effective teaching environment;prepare lessons in many dimensions and with meticulous design;guide students to generate effective knowledge dynamically;combine process evaluation and final evaluation to encourage and correct effectively;carry out layering teaching to satisfy students’ different demands.
