| 摘 要： | 社会阶层和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的核心内容。应从社会政策和社会制度改革和创新上去探求社会阶层和谐的途经。主要包括加快城市化发展步伐；创新再分配制度；完善教育制度；建立健全基本社会保障制度；重视发挥社会组织的协调作用等。

| Abstract: | The harmony of social stratum is the core of building harmonious society. We should turn to the reform and innovation of social policies and systems to seek the way of stratum harmony, which includes speeding up the urbanization; innovating the reassignment system; perfecting the education policies; building and perfecting the basic social safety system; highlighting the coordinating role of social organizations, etc. |
