| Abstract: | Based on the teacher's competency structure model of distance education institution ,a question‐naire survey of teacher's competency in Anhui Radio and TV University is carried out from the aspects of pro‐fessional know ledge , professional skills , social adaptability , teaching skills and professional personality , form w hich the provincial Radio and TVuniversity teachers'competency performance can be analyzed and some improving suggestions are put forward . |
