| 摘 要： | 从中国农村土地产权制度变迁的梳理、理论层面和现实层面对中国现行农村土地产权制度弊端的分析、中国农村土地产权制度改革方案的探讨等三个方面，对2000－2014年间国内农村土地产权制度的研究进行了综述，并对已有研究进行了简评。
