| 摘 要： | 学校制度文化是学校文化的内在机制,是学习管理制度从刚性管理逐步向＂以人为中心＂的柔性管理过渡的必由之路。本文在探析学校制度文化的内涵和功能特征的基础上探讨学校制度文化建设的现实意义。期望本研究可以为学校管理者建设和完善学校制度文化提供理论基础,拓宽教育管理者的视野,以促进学校教育的和谐发展。
