| 摘 要： | 惠州旅游发展快速,但发展潜力仍未得到充分发挥。如何有效发挥惠州旅游的潜力,实现惠州旅游发展的再次跨越,建设粤港澳地区旅游休闲度假基地,是惠州旅游发展需要尽快解决的关键问题。惠州旅游的发展,要重视旅游资源的高效利用、产业规模优势的形成、旅游管理创新、旅游品牌打造、旅游市场开拓、旅游区域合作等方面的问题。
