| 摘 要： | 大学生入学后普遍存在着适应障碍、学习障碍、生活压力、情感困惑、人际关系障碍和就业压力等心理问题; 针对这些问题的成因, 提出了构建学校、家庭、社会、个人四个因素整合的多元化的大学生心理健康教育体系的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The undergraduates are facing on such psychological drawbacks as adaptive trouble, learning trouble, life stress, emotional confusion, personal relationship trouble and occupation stress. After analyzing the phenomena and main reasons for the above psychological drawbacks, the paper brings forward a diversified psychological health education system based on college, family, society and personel to help undergraduates build up health psychology. |
