| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆已进入传统图书馆与现代图书馆组合的复合型图书馆阶段,图书馆工作亟需创新性的服务.文章从树立"育人为本"的办馆宗旨、坚持"以人为本"的服务理念,充分调动馆员服务的主动性、提高服务水平,努力做好文献资料的建设工作、坚持"以能为本",加强图书馆馆员队伍的建设等方面作了较为具体的阐述.

| Abstract: | Since the university library has entered the stage of hybrid library combining tradition and modern types,the service provided by library should be innovated.The library should hold the opinion of educating people,stick to the service principle of human-orientation,give full play to the initiative of librarians and uplift their service level,enhance the document construction with ability-orientation and the staff construction. |
