| 摘 要： | 随着我国知识产权方面的法律法规的逐步完善,全社会的著作权法律意识日益提高。因此,学术期刊社要努力把版权保护工作提高到一个新水平;论文的网络出版权问题、未发表论文的侵权问题、处理好署名权问题、修改权问题、“抄袭行为”与“文责自负”等问题。期刊编辑既要有责任维护期刊权益,更有责任维护作者权利。

| Abstract: | With the perfect of the laws and statute of copyright in China,the law consciousness on copyright has also been improved in the whole society.Therefore,the work of copyright protection should be enhanced to a new level by learned periodical society.Several problems are discussed here,which relate to the network copyright of paper,infringing act of unpublished paper,the rights of authorship, the rights of alteration,as well as the plagiarism and author's responsibility for paper.The periodical editors are responsible to protect not only the periodical rights,but also the author's right. |
