| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络和现代信息技术的成熟和迅猛发展, 远程教育在世界范围内迅速崛起。自1998 年我国现代远程教育试点工程启动以来, 各级各类有实力的学校都在争先恐后积极响应, 一个覆盖全国城乡的纵横交错的网络教育新格局正在快速形成和延伸。如何认识、预测和把握现代远程教育发展的基本规律, 是高校教育工作者值得思考的重要课题。本文从宏观的角度介绍一些基本情况, 提出个人看法, 以供同行参考。

| Abstract: | Distance education is rapidly spreading in China as network and IT technologies are fast developing. Distance education was started in 1998 in China, since then many famous universities and colleges have quickly acted to take markets. So a new education network covering all cities and counties in China is engendering. How to understand, forecast and control the rules and principles of modern distance education is a new subject that needs to be studied by education researchers. My personal opinions, from a macroscopic angle, are put forward in this paper. |
